TAN

After "Blue Road" directed last year, Alena Ehrenbold is coming back with a new surf movie: “Tan”. A short film focused on the shaper, surfer and environmentalist Robin Goffinet, based in Plozévet in Finistère. Through the images, the film transports the viewer into the world of shape and invites them to question their own way of living in limited time.

In this period of isolation, the Swiss director has made her contribution by putting this film online!

Synopsis: In a world where consumption is king, a young French shaper takes up the challenge to remain true and faithful to his convictions while respecting his rhythm of life. TAN (in Creole ''time'' and in Breton ''fire'') is the story of Robin Goffinet, a passionate surfer based in Finistère who devotes himself to the creation of more durable surfboards.

But what happens when consumerism reaches the end of the world, and a hitherto quiet and peaceful lifestyle is upset to the point of becoming stressful? In addition to breathtaking scenery and stylish surfing, TAN invites the viewer to immerse themselves in the inspiring world of shape. This film raises the question of the impermanence of things, and leads everyone to question their own rhythm of life.
