He’s a committed Alpaga farmer ;
Avid climber ;
But he’s best known as and adventure photographer, travelling to distant regions of the globe.
On one particular occasion, he chased a swell to the arctic circle.
« I had spent over 18 days trying to find good weather. I was camping on this tiny peninsula, and just as the blizzard cleared this new swell arrived. How good were the waves ? I think this shot kind of says it all. »
Chris teamed-up with artistt Luke Taafe, and the resulting image became the inspiration for Chris’ new Adventure Division collection with Billabong ; a range of high quality purpose built gear celebrating nature’s magic.
